 Antenuptial Contracts

The Process

Step 1

Complete our Online Form below;
The online form needs to be completed accurately for our accredited attorney to prepare your Antenuptial Contract. 

Step 2

Once you have completed and submitted the online form, enter the Deposit Fee download, pay the Contract fee and submit your form. 

Pay the Contract fee and use your 10 Digit Cell phone number as reference and submit your form. 

We accept the following forms of payment:

EFT or Direct Deposit; or Debit/Credit Card;Your cell phone shall be the reference number;

Also, fax or e-mail your following documents;

1. Id page of both Intended Husband & Wife

2. Your Deposit Slip to

Step 3

Upon receipt of your online form and your payment reflecting in our bank account, with your cell phone as a reference, our panel attorney will prepare your ANC and will contact you within 48 hours to set a meeting with a consultant in the convenience of your own home to sign the:

Special Power of Attorney and Antenuptial Contract.

After signing the documents the consultant will bring the documents back to the attorney.

Upon receipt of your original signed documents, the consultant will appear before a Notary Public on your behalf to execute your contract in terms of the Special Power of Attorney that you have signed. 

You will then be furnished within 24 hours with a certificate or notarial letter to confirm to the marriage officer that you have entered an Antenuptial Contract. This must be given to the Minister or Pastor.

Step 4

Our attorneys will attend to registration of your Antenuptial contract and will be lodged and registered in the Deeds Office and we will confirm the registration thereof in an email. 

Step 5

The big wedding day to enjoy with family and friends.

The original registered Antenuptial contract will be sent to you via registered post upon receipt thereof from the Deeds Office, this usually takes approximately 2 to 3 months due to the registration process at the Deeds Office.
